Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, the website collects your email address and any other information you choose to provide, such as your name, the domain you are interested in and your message. Only your email address is required.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s WordPress database through Fluent Forms and sent by email so that Roger Lundgren can respond. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential financial documents in an initial enquiry.
Email correspondence may also be stored locally on the operator’s computer through Thunderbird.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to messages, discuss possible leases or purchases and manage related correspondence.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries and managing the portfolio. Where an enquiry concerns steps towards a contract with you personally, processing may also be necessary to take those steps at your request. Records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Website operation and security
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and pages requested to deliver and protect the website.
Fluent Forms is configured not to save IP addresses with new form submissions. Its built-in form analytics are disabled. This does not prevent the hosting provider from processing technical information separately.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources and website performance.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not fingerprint visitors or track individuals across its customers’ websites.
This website does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or remarketing tools.

Service providers
Hostinger provides website hosting. Enquiry notifications are sent to roger@lundgren.com, whose email service is provided through Hover. Cloudflare provides Web Analytics. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Website information may also be included in manually created backups.
Personal information is not sold. Enquiry details are not published on the website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary in connection with legal claims.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant discussions and manage any resulting agreement.
Information that is no longer needed is deleted, unless a legal obligation or a legitimate need connected with legal claims requires further retention. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or deleted under the applicable backup schedule.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.
